Privacy Policy for Crush Quest

This Privacy Policy describes how OpenAI Games (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information from users of the Crush Quest mobile application available for Android via Google Play Store.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information unless you explicitly provide it (for example, via in-app feedback or support requests). The only data automatically stored on your device is level/score progress so that your game state can be restored later.

Advertising Partners

Crush Quest displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, advertising IDs, and other diagnostics to deliver personalized advertising. That data is handled by Google, and we do not have access to it beyond aggregated reports.

Ad consent: When you opt to watch rewarded ads in Crush Quest, we first ask for your consent before showing the advert. If you decline, no ad data is shared and the benefit is not granted.

Analytics

The app currently does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs. Only local telemetry (such as whether a level was completed) is used to drive in-game logic and is not sent to any remote server.

Device Permissions

No special permissions are requested at install time. Access to network is required to load ads and download remote assets, and the app relies on the default INTERNET permission declared by the Android manifest.

Children’s Privacy

Crush Quest is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data without consent, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or applicable laws. Changes will be posted in this file with the “Last Updated” date below.
