Information We Collect

MindFlow does not require personal accounts. The app collects only the information necessary to operate the meditation experience (exercise selection, timers, streaks, optional local settings such as sound preferences, and analytics events needed to monitor app health). This data is stored locally on the device and, for user-facing statistics, in secure backend services the user connects to when exercises are completed.

How We Use The Information

The collected data powers the core functionality: tracking session duration, managing favorites, maintaining streaks, and honoring theme or sound preferences. Aggregated analytics help us detect crashes and improve the experience; the data is collected in a privacy-conscious manner, without attaching identifiers to a specific person whenever possible.

Advertising and AdMob

We work with Google AdMob to display non-personalized ads inside the app. Google collects device-level identifiers, usage data, and other diagnostic information that is needed to serve relevant ads. To learn more about how Google uses data, visit Google Privacy & Terms.

If you wish to limit ad personalization, you can do so through the device settings or by using Google’s Ad Settings.

Third-Party Services

MindFlow uses the following third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

  • Google AdMob (advertising)
  • Firebase Analytics or similar analytics providers for crash reporting and usage statistics

Data Retention

Session data and preferences are retained until the user clears the app storage or the data is overwritten by subsequent sessions. We purge analytics logs after they have served their monitoring purpose in accordance with our retention policies.

Security

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data, including using encrypted channels for network requests and storing sensitive elements securely. However, no method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

Children

MindFlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe such data has been collected, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when we introduce new features or to comply with legal changes. If material changes are made, we will revise the “Last updated” date and notify users where practical.
